We had a very special September term where we were looking at finding ease in shoulders and necks and more movement possibilities in new configurations. We looked at new organisation of the head in standing and enjoyed going deeper in our experiences of the method.
I am now taking bookings for October till the end to the year. There will be 6 classes in total (skipping the 11th November).
These classes can help you find ease and grace in any activity you do in your life. It’s a place to recharge, get stimulated, and enjoyment from an hour a week invested in yourself!
