Our Summer term helped us find greater awareness and connections. Participants gained an experience of ease in movement when they started to sense how better organisation can help improve their performance in simple and more complicated movements.
The Autumn term will continue with the practice with more of the interesting and fun stuff that the method has to offer and going deeper into our learning process.
It is open for both new and ‘old’ students!
